Avoir or être Passé Composé game
$3.00
Our Avoir or Être Passé Composé Game is designed to help your students practice this difficult concept.
Navigating the importance of when to use avoir and when to use être for the helping verb in the passé composé can be challenging, but you no longer need to worry.
Our Avoir or Être Passé Composé Game is designed to help your students practice this difficult concept.
The game is made up of 30 sentence questions in French, each one missing its helping verb.
As your students make their way through the game, they’ll be provided two verbs: avoir and être which they must choose between correctly in order to move onto the next question.
If an incorrect pairing is chosen, they will be sent back to repeat that section again.
You’ll find several forms for playing the game: a Google Drive version; a PowerPoint version; and finally, a PDF version.
You can play this game with students individually or as a class, so whether it’s an onscreen lesson activity you’re after or an individual assignment for remote learning, our Avoir or Être Passé Composé Game has you covered.

Great end of year review for the students! Since it is a Google Slides, make sure to put it in present mode to be able to play the game. Thank you!

My kids love these click-through games! My only qualm is that the word “Félicitations” is spelled wrong on all of them so I go through and edit them before using them 😉
