This Save Notre-Dame digital escape game is about the famous cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris.
In the game, students will be challenged to unlock five locks by deciphering the clues and learning about the cathedral. The topics are the bees of Notre-Dame, the relics, the bells, the stained glass windows and the history of the cathedral. The game is entirely online, no paper involved! Students will need internet access and the ability to fill out a google form (no google/gmail account necessary).
The Save Notre-Dame digital escape game includes two versions – a French version and an English version. In both versions, the clues are given in English (otherwise it would be too difficult for French learners to pick up the nuances in the clues). In the French version, the clue pages will lead to sources written in French. In the English version, the clue pages lead to English language sources.
