The Romans left their mark all over Europe, including France. After fighting with the native Gauls, they were able to subdue the country and turn it into several Roman provinces. Even today we can visit some of their architecture and see how they lived. Novice-High learners will be able to understand the reading with scaffolding and teacher support while Intermediate-low/mid will be able to read independently.
