This Beyond the Lines French movie talk is a fun way to give your students comprehensible input.
Two boys find themselves ready to storm the beach on D-Day. They are scared, but run towards the beach with the other soldiers – but these aren’t regular soldiers. Who are they and why are the boys there?
This French movie talk includes:
- a pre-viewing activity worksheet for students
- a post-viewing activity worksheet with comprehension questions
- a teacher instruction page and link to the video
- a story script
- a running dictation activity
- answer key
This is easily suitable for level 1 French students, and could be adapted to more advanced levels by adding/removing some of the details in the story.
